The thing that makes the diet in fat loss for idiots different from the rest is that it doesn’t believe that cutting back calories or sugar would help. It doesn’t even believe that lesser food intake helps. It also rebukes the theory of working out till you drop dead. In fact, the program believes in the “Shifting Calories Theory”, wherein the body’s metabolism will speed up because of shifts in one’s diet. The program was genius and definitely something I have never seen before. Most importantly, it is an 11-day program which is really fast compared to other diet programs that are more expensive. I am now rocking a totally nice body that chicks would totally dig. It is all thanks to fat loss for idiots. It’s a recommended book for dudes out there who are conscious about their weight as I am. No shame in wanting a nice body – it’s totally also a guy thing, I swear.
